Today all the Yr 7/8 classes had a dodgeball tournament!!!! (lol wish our class was like the ninja-like guy below. We would have smashed everyone 
) (what the heck is the guy on the right doing? He was basically just shuffling around, then he fell over!)
Basically what happened is that each class goes up against all the other classes. Each class was assigned a different colour, and our colour was purple. People were wearing purple shirts, purple nail polish, purple face paint, purple wigs, purple fairy wings, purple skirts, and loads more.
If your class won a game, your class would get 3 points. A draw would earn you 1 point (might have been 2. I think it was 1 though), and a lose would get you 0. Each game lasted for 10 minutes, if both classes still had people left standing, whichever class that had the most people would win.
I was really excited before the games began! I wasn’t sure what we would place, I thought maybe 3rd.
Our first game was against Room 26 (green). Unfortunately we lost, with 2 people on our team remaining at the end of 10 minutes and about 30 people left on the other team (yeah we were slaughtered :/ ).
Our next game against Room 24 (orange), didn’t go well either, all our team were wiped out before the 10 minutes. The next game against Room 28 (blue) was the first game we won! It was quite close at the end of the 10 minutes, but we ended up with a few more people
Our second to last game was against Room 25 (black). I was still in the game when I had to LEAVE for orchestra practice!!!!! 
Annabelle, Jiya, Zoe, and the other orchestra people had to leave, and all of us were really annoyed/upset that we had to leave the dodgeball tournament for orchestra.
Some people skipped orchestra, but they have to practice at lunch next Tuesday.
After orchestra ended, we went back to class, and Annabelle, Jiya, Zoe and I found out that our class, Room 27, came 2nd!!!
Even though we missed dodgeball, I’m still glad that we placed 2nd (out of 5 classes, I think. Wait, is it 6 classes? I’m so confused now).
(Our last game was against pink, but I can’t remember which room number it was)
