Recently I finished reading Divergent and Gone for the first time. They are both really good books, so if you have not read them I recommend you to do so!
Divergent is a series written by Veronica Roth. The main character is 16-year-old Beatrice Prior/Tris. Basically the world is split into 5 factions, Amity (peace), Erudite (intelligence) (comment if you are a fellow Erudite), Dauntless (brave) (comment if you are a fellow Dauntless), Abnegation (selfless) (comment if you are a fellow Abnegation) (I’m all three factions, Divergent), and Candor (truth). I think it is very good, I like how it is quite action-packed
Gone is a series written by Michael Grant. The main character is 14-year-old Sam Temple. What happens is in Peridido Beach, all people 15 and above vanish into thin air. Huge barriers surround Peridido Beach like a sphere, and all the kids are trapped, and kids get crazy superpowers. I really like Gone, I think that the idea of kids running the place is a great idea for a story

NOOOOOOOO I was looking at Jiya’s blog because I wanted to double-check the author of Divergent and I remembered that she put it on her blog and while I was looking for Veronica Roth’s name I saw the spoiler Jiya put on her blog. I am going to die if this is true. Actually I would die if Harry Potter died. Then again [SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN’T READ HARRY POTTER] Harry did die in the last book
