Yay! The Student Blogging Challenge is going to start soon!
Basically, each week a new post with 9 tasks will be posted on the Student Blogging Challenge website. You do at least one of them, and then you go back to the website and leave a comment. You can also check who’s participating, and you can go check out their blog. It’s really fun to do the challenges, and it’s a great way to connect with people around the world through blogging.
Also, people who did a good job on the tasks from Week 1 get mentioned in the Week 2 post, and the people who did well in Week 2 get mentioned in the Week 3 post, and so on. So if you do a great job on some of the tasks, you might get a mention in the next week’s post. I got mentioned twice last time 
I remember the time when I got mentioned the first time. We were in class, and Ms Nathan was using the projector so the class could see what she was doing. The whole class was meant to be doing the challenges, but most people didn’t really. Anyway Ms Nathan showed us the list of names at the bottom of one of the posts on the Student Blogging Challenge website, and she was like ‘Can anyone see someone’s name from our class?’. Something like that. Anyway, I was thinking ‘That’s kind of obvious that someone in class got mentioned’, something along those lines, and then someone said ‘Brianna’. And I was REALLY surprised, because the Student Blogging Challenge is all around the WORLD (I think so). The post that got mentioned first was this post, and the post that got mentioned second was this post (with the second post, only 1 person commented, so it didn’t really do anything. Here, here, here, and here is a really cool example of what was kind of meant to happen).
